In your down time, when you're relaxing, which one are you doing? i.e. are you watching meaningless tv or sitting on social media when you could be reading a book or listening to a podcast? Of course we all sometimes want to chill without thinking, but asking yourself this question more often in your down time can make a huge difference. You become more aware of your actions and start to raise your vibrations.
